PFH cares for the entire family, no matter the age. We focus on providing compassionate healthcare. We are a small clinic, so you always get to choose which provider you see. We take time to get to know you and your needs.
PFH provides preventive, acute, and chronic primary care services. Whether you have a sinus infection, need an annual wellness exam, or suffer from a more chronic condition we are here to care for you. PFH also provides immunizations for infants to adults, allergy shots, and in-house lab.
We are an independent clinic and have provider status for most insurance companies. When needed we refer our patients to the most appropriate specialist.
Diane and Kristin are available by phone after hours to answer questions and to guide you in your urgent care needs. When hospitalization is necessary Avera Queen of Peace Hospital has hospitalists on staff who provide care to all admitted patients regardless of provider.
